O U I Performance participated in An UnFair of Benevolence at Adhocracy a weekend of creative thought and activity about D.I.Y. cultures and can-do attitudes, convened by New Work Network.

New Work Network commissioned O U I Performance to create two new works for Adhocracy; O U I BOOK 1 and SWEAT EQUITY.

O U I BOOK 1 is a limited edition pamphlet of writings by Victoria Gray, Steve Humble and Nathan Walker. In an edition of 50 numbered copies, O U I BOOK 1 is the first in a series of printed material surrounding the networks and discourses of contemporary action art in the UK published by O U I Performance.

SWEAT EQUITY is an A3 poster manifesto to be freely copied and distributed, fly posted and pasted, read out loud and just red. SWEAT EQUITY is a score for how to make Action Art Now.
